Product Information

All items at Firefly Farm are handmade or handpicked with care.  Due to the handcrafted nature, many are one of a kind or available in limited quantities.

Shipping

Items are shipped to the U.S. via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.  Orders are usually shipped within 1 - 2 business day(s) after payment is received.

Shipping rates are determined by order weight.  Your shipping charge is calculated by entering your zip code prior to checkout.

International Shipping Charges:  Please e-mail me first for a shipping quote.

All payments automatically go through the PayPal shopping cart and website.   [PayPal is a safe and secure way to purchase items over the internet, and you do not need to have an account with them.  Payment can be made securely using your major credit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance.] 

Money orders & checks {with hold} are also accepted. If you wish to mail a check or money order please contact me first, and I will email you an invoice.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with any item, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price.  Please contact Debbie, first, at [fireflyfarmgoods@gmail.com] to make arrangements.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable.
